How to download the play store on my device

[AC Question]

So my app store didn't seem to load so I decided to uninstall it. Now I am not sure how to install it again. I have tried installing the play store through the android police website but when I connect my phone to my laptop, it says my phone doesnt have the correct driver. The phone is a samsung galaxy s4

Welcome to Android Central! Is the phone rooted? If not, then you shouldn't be able to uninstall Google Play Store--is that what you think you uninstalled?

try reset your phone
to factory version
off phone
and then presss volume up +power button + home alll at one
do untill some thing comes up
