How to empty cache on ATT LG-E980 phone.

My Cozi app says it can't load calendar, and to check internet connection. But internet connection is strong. Cozi says to empty cache and upgrade google.

Welcome to Android Central! Do you mean that you contacted Cozi support, and they told you to clear the cache? Did they mean the app cache for the Cozi app, or the system cache partition? LG phones don't give the user the option to clear the system cache partition. To clear the Cozi app cache, go to Settings>Apps​, select Cozi, then Storage, then Clear Cache.
