How to enable anti-shake option on HTC Desirev 820 camera ?

Hi all ,
Is there any way to enable anti-shake feature on HTC Desire 820 camera? I have searched about it but nothing to try.
If that possible like a third-party application do the same function?
please help

Are you sure this phone has anti-shake technology?

I reviewed the phone's specs ( HTC Desire 820 dual sim Specs and Reviews | HTC Hong Kong , tap Specs at upper-right) and the user guide ( HTC Desire 820 dual sim - User manual - Support | HTC Hong Kong ) and could not locate any mention of anti-shake or OIS.
