How to enable touch tone beeps on phone calls ?

When I make a phone call to say my Wells Fargo bank number, the automated system asks me to enter my account number and press the # sign. But when I press the numbers on the screen, nothing happens. I think in the past there were beeping noises to register the digits entered. I might have inadvertently disabled this. How do I enable this function? Thanks!

Fantastic, thank you! It turns out I had all those items disabled...duh! I just now enabled a few of them. Thank you much!!

EDIT: Confirmed - this is correct, now I can add the freakin touch tones when calling my bank!
