How to enable two factor authentication

I have note9
I wanted to enable 2FA with phone prompt but google account doesn't see my phone.
I've the same account on my phone.

Yesterday I've tried and phone was there but prompt after confirm that I want this kind of authentication nothing happened (no info on my phone)
