How to enable usb debugging while phone won't power up?

plz help mee...i have a InFocus M2 2g and i had rooted it...everything was good bt i just tried to update it bt unfortunately something wrong happened and now whenever i try to switch it on it starts until INFOCUS logo shows up and then shuts down and repeats this until i switch it down...

i found some solutions on bt it needs USB debugging which i cant enable as my phone wont start...so plz tell me a way to enable USB debugging through PC or Some other way....Plzzzzzzz

Just try going into recovery mode.

hey bro i'm in recovery mode and i have tried wiping all data including cache but still when i tried to reboot it still does not start... DO i need to update through ADB or SD Card? Somehow?
