You're better off just manually entering your WiFi SSID and password, WPS is NOT secure and should be avoided. WPS, deceptively stands for WiFI Protected Setup and is the exact opposite of 'Protected'. Router manufacturers started including WPS into their consumer products, making convenience the priority while ignoring security. ... and that's the focal point of almost all authentication procedures, the fact that one counters the other. Make something too secure and most people have problems and demand it to be more convenient. Conversely make it too convenient and there's little security. Finding a workable middle ground isn't easy.
