Does anyone have any tips or info on how to escalate Google store purchase issues? I bought a Pixel 2 back in November 2017 and still have not received my $100 Google store credit or my Google Home Mini credit. There is no dispute I'm owed the credits, just they keep telling me there is a system glitch they are working to resolve.
I have logged an issue with Google support and called 3 times and also emailed about an update with no success. I've asked to escalate and been advised to send an email response to system generated email I received.
This is getting me nowhere and is very frustrating.
