How to exclude things from syncing with Samsung cloud?

Howdy.

I've yet another question for all you Galaxy 8 people.

Today I when exploring the settings in the Samsung Internet app I noticed an option for Samsung cloud and it was turned on.

It showed that it would sync bookmarks, open tabs and saved pages with the cloud. I don't really need or want anything from the internet application to sync with the cloud. I would turn it off but its greyed out.

I went to the phones settings and found the cloud options but I couldn't see any options to choose what gets synced. It only shows what it will sync and the only thing with each of the items is 'tap to sync'. Long pressing on the item(s) does nothing.

Will anyone be able to tell me how to customise wht gets synced and wht doesnt?

I have little toggle switches on that screen that I can turn on or off. some of my things are grayed out too.
