How to find and download Android operating system for Samsung Galaxy Note 5?

My brother tried to get my mom's phone unlocked and he ended up deleting the android operating system. All the phone will do is charge and when it boots up, it has the Samsung logo and the T-Mobile logo, then it shuts off. I can get into the ODIN download mode, however I don't quite know how or where to get the operating system to get her phone functional again. When I enter the ODIN download mode, it says that it is already downloading something, though I don't have it connected to anything.

Is there anyway to save my mom's phone? Also, I don't know anything about tech stuff so please be as specific as possible and provide step by step instructions? Thank you so much in advance!

You might be best to take it to a dealer.. sammobile has all the software but if your phone isn't working it won't help you much.
