How to find lost flashlight

I lost the flashlight icon in the pull-down bar after the nougat update (Verizon). Not sure how to get it back, anybody else have this issue or any ideas how to get it back?

Pull down twice, tap on the 3 dots, tap on edit and see if it is at the bottom.

You can also swipe to the right and see if it is there.
