As you know starting from Android 11 all Apps are requested to write their export data, config files, downloads into a folder inside /Storage/emulated/0/Android/ (and not somewhere else any more).

Ok, now lets say I have a certain App installed.

How can I find out into which sub(sub)folder this App writes its files in detail?
The export folder cannot be specified through the Apps menus any more.
So no file/folder selection is possible.

Is there a details page about recent file accesses of an App?

Can I monitor file accesses?

If you need an example App have a look at:

https://forums.androidcentral.com/e...tapps.notepad.color.note&hl=en&token=trf6TFvh

Where does this App store its backups?

There is no "Android" subfolder containing pattern "socialmobile" or "colornote" indicating its linked App

Beside the sample subfolder I would appreciate a general approach to find it out even for other Apps.

Thank you

It would usually be a subdirectory in the /Android/data directory. Use a file manager like Total Commander to explore there.
