How to find owner of a lost/found Samsung Gear Fit?

I found a Samsung Gear Fit in a parking lot over the weekend. Is there any way to track down the owner?

It has a pin set, so I can't connect to look for a name/phone number. If I find a dock I can borrow, can I use that to identify the owner? Does Samsung offer any way to look it up by serial number (if the owner registered it)?
