I gave my Note 3 to an authorised Samsung service centre to replace the screen. When they returned the phone, I noticed that they have replaced my original battery with another battery.
Now the so called battery number written on the job card is same as the one written on the battery. But mine is a three-year old phone and the battery was quite worn out with the sticker nearly peeling (especially after my screen broke i couldn't switch off the phone in the right way and had to pull the battery every time). But the one they have given looks brand new and hardly touched. I don't care if they have replaced my battery with a fake or genuine one. I just want my original battery back (the one that came with the phone)
How to prove that this battery did not come with my phone?
