How to fix an unsticking sensor on my samsung galaxy watch

My samsung galaxy watch sensor started to unstick and move around. It is suppose to be moving?

I tried getting on to samsung but they they're
sending me to samsung center in trinidad which have the wrong are area code...if i can fix it myself i would. Im wondering where can i get the adhesive used to stick it.
