How to fix camera resolution inside specific app

I have a Samsung Galaxy Note 10+ and there is a camera feature inside the "MyNBA2k22" app. When I try to use the feature that uses the camera, it is long and thin instead of the right dimensions.

Is there a way to force the camera in the app to be a specific resolution or any other way to fix this?? I attached pictures of the camera inside the app and the normal camera.

Check in settings of the app but i think most likely not , i was reading recent reviews and lots been complaining about face scan not working or bad
