How to fix my camera 😢

[Android Central Question]

I downloaded an app from the Play store which was supposed to help me help increase the shutter speed to be open for longer than 10 seconds. In the end it didn't work, but now that I open my stock camera app, it will freeze when I try the regular 10 second exposure in Pro mode.

I uninstalled the app, restarted my phone and it still freezes. How can I fix my phone's camera?!
