How to fix my LG G4 that switches on but cant go pass the black logo screen

Hello..

I have a problem my LG G4 just switched off... I took the battery out and then it switches back on but doesn't go pass the black screen with the LG logo on... it comes to this screen then switches off again.

I tried to reset the factory settings with the hard keys but it doesnt want to select the last option of "yes" to reset. it just switches off.

I took it to the repair shop but they also could not fix it they thought it was the software problem.
Please help what must I do?

Do you have a PC or laptop, so that you could try reflashing the stock firmware?

Sounds like the infamous boot loop G4 issue. Contact LG to see if the will send you a replacement or can repair it.
