How to fix phone stuck in boot loop?

LG ls751 volt 2, error code #9 ], recovery logs indicate problem /dev/tty0: no such file sysytem or directory found. Is there a patch for this and if so where? My only option is to install files via SD card, can this be done? Already bricked going for broke, can i flash ROM via SD card if not wiped? Please advise and thanks to all!
