how to fix restricted access and voice service locked problem in lenovo a6000plus?

Recently I got a Jio sim card subscription and using it in my LENOVO A6000PLUS mobile phone. Whenever I try to call using Jio 4gvoice app the call gets disconnected within one minute and shows as RESTRICTED ACCESS CHANGED. VOICE SERVICE BLOCKED. Please help me to solve this problem
