How to fix the poor video quality while on skype on the Samsung Galaxy s3?

I was video chatting with someone internationally on Skype with my Galaxy s3. As I was chatting I could see myself very clearly and the other person could see me clearly also. But I couldn't see the other person that I was chatting with at all. It was all blurry. So how can I fix this problem?
