How to fix these samsung s8 problems.

I just changed my handset from Apple to samsung s8. Few things which are really annoying me and I need a fix.. I hope someone can help me.

1) emails keep appearing again even after I delete them. I have to delete the mails at least twice or thrice for them to get deleted.

2) my phone is on silent or mute mode and is connected to a Bluetooth headphone. When someone calls me on Viber or any calling app, the headphones ring very loud into my ears... How to fix this ? I just want my music to play or pause when someone calls me but not ring at full volume into my ears !

About your emails, are you using the default email app? what type of email account, Gmail, Yahoo, Hotmail, etc...? Did you manually set the email account parameters, such as Leave message on server, delete from server, etc...? Is this an Exchange, IMAP or POP account? All of this affects how the email apps manage the incoming emails.

Can't help you with the other thing because I don't use such apps.
