How to flash a stock rom on Huawei Mate 7

Hi I have a Huawei Mate 7 TL00 with a TWRP(Team Win Recovery Project) recovery. I bought it from a friend like that and have had problems trying to get OTA updates on the phone. So I am looking for help on how to put back the Stock recovery and firmware (android 6.0). I'd really appreciate if someone can help me asap thanks in advance.

Welcome to the forums. If you can find the stock ROM files, you should be able to flash them with fastboot commands on your PC.
