How to flash back to 2.3.4 from 2.3.4 OTA for bl unlock

Well here's what I did.I flashed back to stock 1.83 and downloaded the OTA from at&t.
Everything works great no problems and also have root on Gingerbread...but!!!

I want to use RSD lite to flash the leaked version so I can unlock my BL and get ROMs
Only problem is that people say that downloading the OTA kills your ability to use RSD lite so the question becomes how can I flash gingerbread (leaked) on top of my gingerbread OTA so I can unlock the BL.

I dont want to brick my device but I know it can be done but reading on XDA was really confusing with so many people writting tons of **** and contradicting themselves....can anyone help me out???

My understanding is that you lose ability to unlock now, not 100% but that is what I am reading. Why go back, the OTA is the same as the leaked version? I would give it a few days to settle down, just keep watching the bootloader unlock thread for updates.

That's why I'm buggin out I want to install ROMS and also be able to flash gingerbread if my phone starts acting weird....hopefully soon it'll get resolved

you're best bet would be to go to the leaked build.....maybe they'll even post a full ROM of the full build.
I would have did it that way, but I couldnt get my phone to accept the build.

I downloaded the OTA and found out afterwards about them not including the unlocked bootloader. I tried a few things and wound up soft bricking my atrix.

[HOWTO] Root any Atrix after .sbf flash - xda-developers - I just booted into RSD, ran that SBF file from within RSD Lite on my computer. It's a slow rebuild but you can watch the process from within RSD Lite. Ignore all those script commands at the bottom, they're not needed for RSD Lite. Just load the file and hit start.

That not only got me out of my brick but I gained the unlocked bootloader and superuser like I wanted to begin with.
