How to Flash KitKat 4.4.2 (or .4) on Fire HD6

The title really ask the question.
I have a Fire HD6. I love the build of the device, I just Hate Fire OS. Ok I don't hate it, but I hate the Amazon has blocked Google Services (which would make the device pretty awesome.

IF I can't flask Kitkat or even Android L, is there a way to sideload a working Google play service .APK?

No. But you can use 1MobileMarket and MoboMarket to get almost all of the apps on the play store except specific Google apps.
