how to flash stock firmware using odin

I tried to flash a rom onto my Galaxy s4 i9505 5.1 lollipop.International version.The phone is rooted and unlocked.and the rom didnt flash.I did all the wipes beforehand using TWRP so i am left with the samsung logo now,but it seems i can boot to the download screen.Is there a tutorial here to guide me thru the process of installing a rom from download mode.I dont know what rom I tried to flash.Will any i5905 firmware work or is it country specific.
i have these files ready to flash,are they correct.

The firmware you are trying to flash is Kit Kat 4.2. Try flashing the latest FW which is I9505XXUHPK2
