How to fully regain control of my hacked android

These exes of mine have hacked my phone andnuse some networking platform to communicate. Screen is always glitching, settings change every time I change them, categories deleted... etc. Please help me

Welcome to Android Central! More than one ex has hacked your phone? Do you only date really tech-savvy people? Because the average skeezy person is not going to have the knowledge of how to do something technically difficult like hacking an Android person.

What you describe sounds more like bugginess, not hacking. It might be due to some app you installed, so try booting into Safe Mode to see if the problems go away.

Also, Android System Webview can sometimes cause odd bugs -- especially if you're enrolled in the Beta program. I just experienced that, with the latest Beta update causing all sorts of odd crashes and typing glitches on my Lenovo Chromebook Duet 3. Try uninstalling all updates to Android System Webview.

If these Ex's had your account information then i can see them causing trouble, from what your saying sounds like a Andriod issue, try factory reset and change all account password and with 2 step Authentication
