How to get a SIM for HSPA+ on AT&T?

Re: HSPA+

Carries should sell sim cards and activate with plan, That if the nexus is not sold at their store :D

If you have a 3G sim card, then don't bother. Just put it in the Galaxy Nexus and you are good to go. Unless, of course, they use that silly micro sim card size for the Nexus like the iPhone has.

but then I won't be able to use HSPA+, right?

This is a major misconception. AT&T's 3G HSPA+/non-LTE 4G are all using 3G technology and any 3G sim card can handle the handshaking. You will only need a new sim card when you get LTE. The only difference between the 3G and 4G sim cards is the picture printed on the front.

One thing you do need to do is make sure AT&T puts you on the correct data plan that has HSPA+ enabled.
