How to get Dock Buttons on left side?

Is there any way to get the dock buttons on the left side of the screen when the phone is horizontal? I feel silly asking but I can't seem to find it in the settings. Thank You!

Not silly at all..I don't think they can. Seems to automatically revert to the right side.
