i would like to know how to accelerate my internet speed too slow i'm tether to my lap but the pages load too slow any help?

Not much you can do as it will only be as fast as your signal strength will allow.

Hey bro I have clocked my evo speeds. Up to twice as fast if you turn on the 4g an don't use a stand just the kick stand and turn off the screen I got a big difference hope this helps and I wasn't posting comon knowledge.

LMAO!!!! I think he is just trying to get his post count up, Plus I think he just got excited!!!

To the op... like Snowy said wired tether will always be much faster and the speeds will always be determined by how strong your 3g or 4g connection is like the user posted under your original post(sorry m8, using taptalk and can't remember your nick).

Now your reply deserves its own reply....

What are you talking about!?!?! Your reply not only makes no sence, your grammer is almost un understandable.

Now lets break this one down...

You: "Hey bro I have clocked my evo speeds."
Do you mean you have done speed tests or do you mean you have overclocked your processor??? If it was the later, overclocking your processor will have 0% effect on your upload download speeds. Its all about signal strength and network traffic.

You: " Up to twice as fast if you turn on the 4g"
Well of course a 4g connection will be faster than a 3g connection. But again it will depend on signal strength and network traffic. Plus using 4g to receive the data and wifi to tether that data to another device will just suck down your battery life. The op's best bet would be to use 4g to receive his data and wire tether to the device he's using. That way he gets a solid connection and can charge his battery at the same time.

You: "don't use a stand just the kick stand"
Now this one could help a tiny bit... just in the fact that it would or could improve reseption. By using the kick stand and not laying the phone flat or holding it you could increase your signal strength a bit. It might make a very small difference or it might not.

You: "and turn off the screen"
This would serve no other purpose than to save the op a little battery life.
