I added an alarm from a file on a new Android 14 Moto g14. I've never seen this before, but Android puts a URL in place of the file name under alarms. Can I get the file name instead of a URL that makes no sense to me? It is a local file, that's all. It should work whether I'm on the internet or not.

There's no need for that, trust me. It is just a file name, like dogbark.mp3. I found the URL in the mp3 tag metadata and changed it. Why android would choose to display that and not the file name is beyond me. Especially when the URL is a bad link. Some 20 year old in their garage thinks they know what I want more than I do. They don't.

Hmm, that's interesting. What ID3 field was that URL listed in? If it was the "Song Title" field, that's probably why it displayed that way.
