How to get Google Now Cards in Pakistan

I have a honor 6x. I can use my assistant. But when i tell it to set a reminder, it says to turn on google now but the toggles are all greyed out. So i uninstalled the updates but when i logged in i get the message google now isnot available in your country and that the account is illegible to use google now. I have also sideloaded the Nova Google Companion but it also shows a blank screen. I have tried taking out my sim and restarting with vpn and removing data of play services, framework and google app. Any help will be appreciated
