I am trying to get the RUU to run to revert my phone from the .10 leak back to GB so I can download the official .12 update.

But when I try to run the ruu.exe I get an error that my phone is not connected to the computer, but everything is set as it should be and the phone even shows fastboot USB....

Just curious why u r going back,when u can flash the .12 leak,and get all the future updates.

now we get to the root of the issue...

You CANNOT go back unless you are s-off.

If you are not the only thing to do is my OP

You need to be s off to go from a leak to gb.... From one ics to another you do not need to be

Ahhh, I just now caught this. Ok, I guess I just need to update to the .12 leak. I see that now, sorry for my confusion.

So, where do I get the leak? LOL
