how to get m note 4 back from stock recovery mode

[AC Question]

I updated my note 4 using kies software and my phone keeps disconnecting which made it hard to finish update. i reinstalled kies to continue finish updating but it made my phone show the stock recovery mode. it showed android recovery in yellow and dm-verify verification failed... e: failed to mount/system (invalid argument) in red. i connected my phone to my laptop and it wouldn't even appear on my laptop. need help!!!
