How to get my galaxy s6 edge plus working normally again

So i dropped my phone I'm some bath water for a second and when i dryer it off I unlock my screen and it keep pushing random things and it won't let me go any app. Its keep going to the apps I recently used and them starts back clicking random things. I put it in rice for about 45 mins. How to to get it back work fast. Get back with me asap
