How to get out of bootloop into Clockwork recovery?

I have just messed up my first ROM flash. I tried to install aosp CM7 using clockwork recovery. I wiped the dalvik cache but nothing else. Now when the phone boots, it loads the graphic that says android across the screen and hangs there.

What do I do?

I assume I somehow boot back into the recovery, wipe everything and reflash. How do I boot back into the recovery on my optimus V? Or is there another approach I should be taking?

Okay, I've just figured out how to get back to recovery via ADB. Sorry to bother you all.

I got the same problem. I had a backup of bumblebee that I restored, but I can't seem to get cm7 to work. I keep wipung and flashing but it always freezes at the android logo or little android guy that says press here. Any help on how to get it to work?
