How to get out of manual mode

[AC Question]

I put the Samsung Galaxy note 8 in a new case the wrong way and it must have pushed the buttons and I took it off right away but it turned off and turned on and now it says
Manual mode
Applying multi-csc...
Applied the CSC-code : ATT
successfully applied multi-CSC.

Now send the package you want to apply to the device with "abd sideload <file Name>"

And it shows a little android on its back and says no command

How do I get out of this menu?

Have you tried holding Power until the device shuts down?
