How to get out of ultra saving mode for Samsung Galaxy alpha?

I was using my phone and pressed ultra saving mode. As it was configuring my device, it suddenly turned off. I switched it back on and it wasn't on the normal mode. It was half ultra saving mode and half normal. So the display screen was normal but I couldn't acesss any of my apps apart from the ones you can use during ultra saving mode. And I do not know how to switch it back to normal mode. There's nothing in my setting that will work. I've tried soft reset (volume down, power and home button) but it still hasn't returned back to normal, what do I do ?
