How to get rid of letter in password?

I just got a warranty note 5 from Verizon. It's the same exact phone that I had before. Now it forces me to have a letter in my password. My old note 5 didn't require me to have this. Does anybody know how to have just a numeric password? It's such a pain to have a letter when I have gloves on.

That has nothing to do with the phone. That is a change in Verizon password policy. It is an attempt to improve your security. Go with it. You don't want to simplify your password as much as the people that want to hack into your account
