How to get rid of the lock screen?

Just got a HTC Insight 4G, and coming from a blackberry, this phone seems like a big improvement.

Is there a way to eliminate the lock screen after pushing the on-off button? It's a bit of a hassle to push the button, then swipe or drag down the screen to unlock the device. I would like to be able to just press the button and get to work...

I couldnt find anywhere that you could do this.

There's an app in the market that allows you to do this....its called no lock.

long press the home screen>widgets>power controls
click ok then tap the lock icon on the widget.
