How to get slow motion videos off of Galaxy S8 (hopefully into video editor?)

I recording some slow motion videos and edited them to put the slow motion where I wanted (for the most part) on my phone. However, after I saved them out and moved them onto my computer, they don't play with the slow motion. It only plays the slow motion on my phone. How can I move it from my phone to my computer?

Yes, I clicked the save button on my S8. It then saved to DCIM/Video Editor, and it still didn't play in slow motion.
