How to get the Mate 10 pro smart view flip cover features working on the Huawei Mate 10 lite?

Hi, I have a Huawei Mate 10 lite and I tried on a Huawei Mate 10 pro smart view case on, bit of a squeeze, but i just tried it on to see if I can get that left side view feature when the flip cover is closed, as in P9, P10, Mate 9 pro, mate 10 pro, etc.

This left side window view feature seems to be unique to Huawei, and i was hoping to get it working on the mate 10 lite, but it does not seem to be working, is there any app that I can download or anything I missed out in the settings in order to activate this. Please help, thx.

This is on my Mate 10 Pro so you're looking for the same setting of you have it. Settings>Smart Assistance>Smart Cover
