How to give any user good access to SD card

I just restored my Sony Tablet Xperia Z4 SGP712 to factory reset. The android seems to be 7.7.1. Updated to last version, he tells. Version 32.4.A.1.54.
The SD card is formatted. That was possible to do only in Owner profile. Owner have full SD card access and control.
I have understood that a restricted user is denied access to SD card. Ok, no problem. Therefore;
I opened another user profile. No access to SD card; Settings/storage/SD card, is greyed out and passivated.
I have an urgent need to run as a user (not owner) a few applications that stores big data and address that data to the SD card. (Perhaps also to run some applications on SD card.). The apps storage location option prompt doesn't show.
This to let guests enter here without any locks to use that application. Without access to mess up the whole tablet.
My question is simply; how to grant good SD card access to any other user than the owner?

Only the owner us allowed access to the SD card. This prevents unauthorised persons from inserting malware into the device.
