How to go from a 2.2 custom ROM back to stock?

I'm running Rubix 1.9 and want to go back to stock 2.2.1 unrooted. How can I do this?

Use your backup? or did you not follow the backup instructions?

Should've created a backup before you flashed or else you'll need to use an SBF.

How to upgrade from 2.3.320 to 2.3.340 (.340 is the verizon official)

best bet is to sbf with the system only to .340 with rsd lite
