how to hide the battery and time icon

I use to take a screenshot on my Galaxy s3 from any funny picture from Facebook or any other website and it was perfect.
but couple days a go when I do it; the time, battery, and the strength signal bar does not want to disappear.
What Can I do to make it disappear like before,

After you capture what's in the screen go into the gallery and just crop the image you wanted and the rest if the screen will disappear

If you don't want to crop the screen afterwards you can hide the status bar by using the third party launcher like Nova.

i think nova only hides it on homepage mate.
you can save pics normaly from fb without screenshot man, just use the mobile site m.facebook.com
