How to hide Unlock Features during an incoming call in an Infinix Hot 11 2022?

I recently purchased an Infinix Hot 11 2022 and everytime i receive an incoming call while the phone is locked, the screen shows the keyboard for unlocking the phone and asks to unlock using face recognition (all this superimposed over the incoming call notification). In the bottom part of the screen there´s a "return to incoming call" button and when i select it, all the unlocking features dissappear and i can answer the call. This is annoying because i only want the screen to show the opction to answer the call. I tried all the menus in the configuration but can´t find anything related and don´t know if is a common bug of this OS or if i have to use my warranty. Thanks for the help.

Look in settings>lock screen any function there you can disable?

I checked settings for the screen, notifications and lock screen, and played with all the related functions. I even checked in the Phone App settings. Still the same. Have to try in Safe Mode like Belodion suggest but i'm starting to suspect something is wrong with the phone.
