How to i find digital wellbeing if its not showing up in my settings?

I was only able to access it once, then it wouldn't allow me to go in again and I can't find it in my settings or anything.

What phone do you have? Is "Digital Wellbeing" the name of an app you installed?

There's a search box on the settings screen, search for it.
