how to insert Buds Live?

For the life of me I can't figure out how to use the buds live...everything tells me to insert speaker side first then twist up. That doesnt fit at all for me even with the large wingtips but if I twist down at least they stay in but dont think thats how they are supposed to be

Two ways I do it:
1. Put them in and twist down
2. Put them in and then "lift ear up" and they'll kind of fall right into place.

I would assume the bigger wingtips would be for a bigger ear so the buds stay secure and don't fall out.

Not so much really. I have been using the smaller ones that are installed by default since I got them, however, after watching that vid, I decided to try the large ones. I found the fit a bit more snug for me, however, I am still on the fence. I will try the large for the rest of today and see how I feel, but I have a feeling I will go back tot he small since it seems those make it less noticeable that I have them in my ears. BOTH are snug fits and neither give me a sense that they will fall out. I think it's more a degree on how snug you want them. Well, at least in my case.

I tried the the bigger ones for a couple of days but went back to the smaller ones. They are more comfortable and fit better even though I have larger ears.

I do like the Buds Live. The earphones work well.

One thing that I seemed to have missed with my first attempt at using the bigger wingtips is that there is apparently not just a Left and a Right, but there is also a "right side up" to them as well. I didn't pay much attention in my first try and had installed the left one with the "L" upside down and it drove me crazy all day that it felt loose compared to the right one.
