How to install Android 6.0 on a Chinese tablet

Hi. I have a cheap Chinese tablet. It's currently running 4.2.2 and I want to install Android 6.0, but there're no software updates, and I even don't know who is the manufacturer. In the tablet, there're some good apps come from the firmware that I want to keep. So is it possible to install Android 6.0 but still keeping those apps?
Could you tell me how? Thanks.

You can only install a ROM that's written for the specific device, so unless you're willing to learn enough software engineering to pull the hardware interface out of the tablet's current ROM and compile it with 6.0 (Google releases source for every version), no.

With some common devices you might stand a chance - someone might do a 6.0 ROM for, say, a Samsung S4. But for an unknown tablet? You can usually buy them for about $50 after they've been out for a while, so it hardly pays to spend a few weeks porting a ROM to one.

It ain't nonsense he's basically saying if Google made a update it might not work on some older devices especially if it's still running Android 4.0 the hardware might also not support the update either. I.E iPhone 3GS can no longer receive updates or install apps cause most apps discontinue support for older iOS
