how to install android without samsung default app?

Is there a way to install any android system on a samsung S3 Neo without all the stock samsung apps that i don't use and just occupy memory and update without need?

Welcome to Android Central! You'd have to either root the phone and delete the stock Samsung apps, or install a custom ROM that doesn't have them. If you delete the apps, you have to be sure none of them are important for other phone functions.
